HAN NOM A/B fonts and a very versatile IME WinVnkey (for Hán/Nôm, but can easily be customized to enter Cantonese/Jyutpin , Japanese/Rōmaji, etc... ) can be downloaded here : http://winvnkey.sourceforge.net/
Requirements:
- you must set your OS to support Asian languages, see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Installing_East_Asian_language_support_under_Windows
- then tell it that surrogate code points must be supported (a peculiarity of Windows, which is UTF16 ie 16-bit characters, which does not exist on Linux which is UTF 8, multi byte )
- Plane 2 support must be set for HAN NOM B , plane 15 for HAN NOM A.
Of course, browser settings must also be set (accessibility options: ignore Website fonts and font sizes ) in order to use your own fonts and font sizes.
I myself have spent a few days to get the correct display for my own posts...
